Great you got something you dont know how to pronounce company or product BUT SO EXCITED !! When a teenage gets wrinkle cream and says oh I've always wanted this!! REALLY ALWAYS.. Another one that gets me is when a lady will try to explain a smell of cream, perfume, even eye serum be HONEST IF IT SMELLS BAD!!
